European precision steel burrs calibrated for performance

The Encore™ ESP has the precision grinding capability necessary for the perfect espresso. With 40 grind settings to choose from, settings 1-20 offer high-resolution adjustments required for espresso and 21-40 are optimised for filter, French press, or cold brew.

54 mm stainless steel portafilter delivers full flavour with dual and single wall filters

Full bodied coffee with rich and complex flavours is created using the ideal dose of 18g of freshly ground beans delivered by a professional style 54mm stainless steel portafilter.

54mm Dosing Cup included

Dose grounds directly into your portafilter with less mess using the included dosing cup. Perfectly complements the Bambino® Plus portafilter.

Low pressure pre-infusion followed by 9 bar extraction

An opulent, creamy and caramel coloured espresso starts with low pressure pre-infusions, followed by a high pressure (9 bar) extraction process delivered via our 15 bar Italian pump.

Auto MilQ hands-free microfroam

The automatic steam wand allows 3 adjustable milk temperatures and 3 levels of texture to suit your taste. Delivers silky smooth microfoam with at least one million micro bubbles per ml that enhances the flavour of the coffee and is essential for pouring latte art. Or hands-on manual texturing like a barista.
