2 (300 g) small beetrootswashed
3 (750 g) ripe pearshalved and stems removed
125 g blueberries
2 (300 g) courgettes
Instructions
- 1Process the beets through the juicer using the BOOST speed.
- 2Process the pears, blueberries and zucchini through the juicer using the FAST speed.
- 3Pour into chilled glasses and serve.
