This is a sweet n’ creamy cozy blanket for your taste buds! It’s dessert for breakfast, it’s a hug in a mug, it’s sweet, sassy and best of all…it’s got caffeine and chocolate!
1To melt the chocolate, place the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of barely simmering water. Don’t allow the base of the bowl to touch the water, so the chocolate doesn’t overheat. Stir occasionally until melted.
Tip: Chocolate can also be melted in the microwave.
2Remove the chocolate from the heat. Dip a serving glass into the chocolate to coat the rim.
3Add 1 tablespoon of the remaining chocolate to the glass and brew the espresso shot over the chocolate. Mix to combine. Top with hot milk to serve.
