  • chocolate sauce icon
    Chocolate sauce

    to garnish

  • scoops vanilla ice cream icon
    2 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • shot espresso icon
    1 shot espresso
  • Baileys Irish cream icon
    ½ fl oz Baileys Irish cream

Instructions

  • 1Smear the inside of a short coffee glass with chocolate sauce and place the ice cream in the glass.
  • 2Brew the espresso over the Baileys in a separate glass, then pour over the ice cream to serve.
