1Place the cream, milk, sugar and 1 teaspoon of the salted caramel syrup in a measuring jug. Whisk until thick but still pouring consistency.
2Fill a short serving glass with ice and pour over the cold brew and remaining salted caramel syrup. Top with the caramel mixture and garnish with thick caramel syrup and a pinch of salt flakes to serve.
