Some frosty spiced magic is at play here! Iced cold brewed coffee gets partnered with the subtle warmth of cinnamon and the sweet, buttery flavour of caramel. Spicing things up one frosty sip at a time.
1Place the cream, milk, sugar, cinnamon and 1 teaspoon of the caramel syrup in a measuring jug. Whisk until thick but still pouring consistency.
2Fill a short serving glass with ice and pour over the cold brew and remaining caramel syrup. To serve, top with the cinnamon cream mixture and garnish with extra ground cinnamon and a cinnamon stick.
