Cold espresso gets a coconuty kiss from madame Malibu! Poured over ice, this dreamy drink then gets a sweet creamy coconut top layer. A rose petal sprinkle provides the blushing finish.
1Place the cream, coconut cream and sugar syrup in a cocktail shaker. Replace the lid and vigorously shake until combined.
2Fill a short glass with ice and pour over the cold espresso, vanilla syrup, Malibu and water. Top with the cream foam and garnish with edible rose petals to serve.
