1Place the cold brew, milk and ½ fl oz of the strawberry syrup in a measuring jug and stir to combine.
2Place the remaining ¼ fl oz (1 teaspoon) strawberry syrup, cream and coconut cream in a cocktail shaker. Replace the lid and vigorously shake until combined.
3Fill a short glass with ice and pour over the espresso mixture. Top with the cream mixture and garnish with a strawberry to serve.
